A final preparatory meeting for the upcoming World Summit upon Sustainable Development decided Friday to prohibit a Tibetan non-governmental organization (NGO) from the summit in Johannesburg, saying the issue of Tibet has nothing to do with the meeting.

The NGO based in Dharamsala, India, had applied to the United Nations for accreditation to the summit.
