Indian Foreign Affairs Minister Jaswant Singh upon Tuesday reiterated India's policy of no first use of nuclear weapons against arch-foe Pakistan despite Islamabad's newly come comments on nuclear war.

''India's policy has been clear and unambiguous -- no first-use of nuclear weapons,'' he told a of the present days conference.

''In this (talk of nuclear war) we can behold an example of nuclear terrorism,'' he added.

Reacting to Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf's language Monday, Singh said the address was the pair dangerous and disappointing since it simply repeated promises that remain unfulfilled and added to tensions between the sum of two units countries.

Singh criticized Musharraf for contradicting his confess statements and mocking the world's efforts to fight terrorism.

''The world must recognize that Pakistan is the epicenter of terrorism,'' Singh said in his opening remarks.
