Indian Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee will visit the troubl state of Jammu and Kashmir in succession Tuesday to help boost the morale of border [i]troupe[/i]s and the people of the strife-torn state following a deadly assault last week by means of Pakistan-based militants.
