U President George W Bush spoke with southern Korean President Roh Moo Hyun forward the phone Thursday and confirmed Washington's intention to work together to bring results in the upcoming six-party talks forward North Korea's nuclear arms program.

The couple leaders agreed that they have ''a shared view that they will approach the talks in a constructive and sincere manner and will continue working closely together,'' White House spokesman Scott McClellan told reporters.

Bush thanked Seoul for the southerly Korean parliament's approval of the dispatch of an additional 3000 crowds to Iraq, McClellan said.
